Shirley Bluhm

Shirley was born and raised in Chehalis, Washington and moved to the city of Olympia to attend college. She obtained her undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College in 1990 and completed law school at the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University) in 1993. Just after completing her first year of law school, she started working for a small boutique personal injury firm in Olympia. She continued to work there through law school and after graduation. In 1997 she struck out on her own with a friend from law school. She was a partner at Bluhm & Timmer until 2003 when her partner retired. She was a solo practitioner running a successful practice until 2020 when her and Mike opened Bluhm Morgan. The partnership has given her more time to spend traveling and with family.

Shirley and her husband, Adam, enjoy their hobby farm where they have chickens, cats, and a dog as well as a large vegetable garden and many flower beds.

She has two grown children and three grandchildren. They all live in the Olympia area, so she spends a lot of time giving the grandkids quad, ATV, and tractor rides as well as hugs and too many treats.

Shirley also likes to travel and has been lucky enough to have visited 5 continents so far. Antarctica and Australia are still on the list! She is a diehard Seahawks fan and enjoys watching the games with her grandchildren who love to cheer loudly!
